Chelsey Politte - part of the family who owns Pebble Creek Farm Weddings & Events in Farmington, Missouri - knew the importance of a brand identity as an established business owner of another event venue. Her and her family created their second venue in a contrasting style to their first, to give couples another aesthetic experience to choose from. Standing out in the wedding industry can be a challenge as aesthetics are everything! Chelsey wanted beautiful, high-level branding to showcase their new venue to potential brides and grooms.
Inspired by images from the first few weddings held onsite, we chose a light, fresh, romantic colour scheme featuring muted shades of blue, pink, and green to anchor our brand palette. The logo and alternate logos feature a lovely hand-painted serif font, which adds a softness to the name of the venue (Pebble Creek Farm) and references the rustic feel of the venue’s classic white barn. A charming script font (with a delectable ampersand!) adds a touch of femininity to the brand’s font scheme, rounding out the subheading (Weddings & Events.)
We created on-brand submarks in bluebell and sapphire for use on circular profile pictures such as platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. We chose a floral element with a hand-drawn feel to complement the pretty details of the landscape around Pebble Creek and add to the romantic feel of the logo and branding. Part of a set of floral arrangements, these graphics will represent Pebble Creek Farm on their website, stationery, and business cards for years to come!
When creating the brand for this wedding event venue, we started with a feeling of wow in mind. We attempted to create with branding the same feeling couples experience when they arrive on the grounds of Pebble Creek Farm for the first time, eyes sparkling, envisioning their wedding come to life.
With good vibes and gratitude,
If you loved this brand, I'd so appreciate if you would share it on Pinterest, which helps me get more actionable content out to you and entrepreneurs like you! Thank you!
